Assurance about Quality : we conduct 2 rounds of tele interviews for all candidates for determining communication skills as well as technical abilities as per the guidelines of the client. These checks ensure that the unsuitable candidates are eliminated and our clients receive only candidates who meet their requirements.

Checks on references : Linkz believes in conducting reference checks on the candidates as per the guidelines of the Clients after the candidate reaches the offer letter stage. These checks assure our clients that they are recruiting genuine candidates with proper track record, both academically as well as career wise.
Follow-up after Offer : These days, many candidates have multiple offers.
